I’ve been feeling so icky that I haven’t even thought about what to feed my family this week. Here are my ideas though, now that I am thinking about it:
- Shrimp stir-fry and rice
- Breakfast for dinner
- Left-over night (I have soup left, and stuffed peppers)
- BBQ Chicken legs, GF corn-bread, and green beans
- Crock-pot pork roast with coleslaw and homemade corn tortillas
- Homemade 3-bean chili and GF cornbread
