Menu Plan Monday

I’ve been feeling so icky that I haven’t even thought about what to feed my family this week. Here are my ideas though, now that I am thinking about it:

  • Shrimp stir-fry and rice
  • Breakfast for dinner
  • Left-over night (I have soup left, and stuffed peppers)
  • BBQ Chicken legs, GF corn-bread, and green beans
  • Chilequilles
  • Crock-pot pork roast with coleslaw and homemade corn tortillas
  • Homemade 3-bean chili and GF cornbread
