Menu Plan Monday

This week my plan is to really eat mindfully. Because I want to get to a place where eating gluten-free doesn’t feel like I’m missing out.

Here is the plan for this week:

  • barbeque chicken legs, baked beans, GF cornbread
  • tacos with homemade GF corn tortillas
  • bacon and eggs with juice
  • baked potatoes with chili and cheese
  • cabbage soup with left over roast beef
  • roast chicken with baked rice and brussels sprouts
  • homemade GF macaroni and cheese
