This week my plan is to really eat mindfully. Because I want to get to a place where eating gluten-free doesn’t feel like I’m missing out.
Here is the plan for this week:
- barbeque chicken legs, baked beans, GF cornbread
- tacos with homemade GF corn tortillas
- bacon and eggs with juice
- baked potatoes with chili and cheese
- cabbage soup with left over roast beef
- roast chicken with baked rice and brussels sprouts
- homemade GF macaroni and cheese
